各類茶葉的主要生產(chǎn)區(qū)域Main Production Areas of Various Categories of Tea
綠茶是六大茶類中唯一的不發(fā)酵茶,產(chǎn)區(qū)分布:北到山東、陜西、甘肅,南到海南,都生產(chǎn)綠茶。其余還包括:浙江、江蘇、安徽、河南、湖南、湖北、江西、福建、四川、重慶、廣東、廣西、云南、貴州,幾乎涵蓋了南方各省。
白茶屬于輕微發(fā)酵茶,主要產(chǎn)于閩東的福鼎和閩北的政和等地,以福鼎大白茶、福鼎大毫茶、政和大白茶等品種茶樹的鮮葉為原料制作而成。
黃茶為輕發(fā)酵茶,按照鮮葉采摘的老嫩程度不同,分為黃芽茶、黃小茶、黃大茶三種。主要代表有湖南岳陽的君山銀針、四川的蒙頂黃芽、浙江的莫干黃芽、安徽的霍山黃芽等。
青茶,也稱為烏龍茶,兼具綠茶的清香和紅茶的醇厚,是半發(fā)酵茶,主要產(chǎn)于中國的福建、廣東、臺灣等地。
紅茶,發(fā)源地是近福建省武夷山桐木關(guān)(村),最早的紅茶為小種紅茶。此外還分布于安徽的祁紅工夫和云南的滇紅工夫,福建的閩紅工夫、江西的寧紅工夫、湖北的宜紅工夫、湖南的湖紅工夫(湘紅工夫)、四川的川紅工夫、浙江的越紅功夫、江蘇的宜興紅茶、廣東的英德紅茶等地。
黑茶,為后發(fā)酵茶,主要產(chǎn)于云南、四川、湖南、湖北、廣西、陜西、安徽(古黟黑茶)等地。
Green tea is the only non-fermented tea among the six major teas. The distribution of its production areas: Shandong, Shan’xi and Gansu in the north, Hainan in the south. Other places also include Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Fujian, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, and Guizhou, covering almost all southern provinces.
White tea is slightly-fermented tea. It is mainly produced in Fuding in east Fujian and Zhenghe in north Fujian. It is made from fresh leaves of tea varieties such as Fuding White Tea, Fuding Big White Tea, Zhenghe White Tea.
Yellow tea is lightly-fermented tea. It is divided into three types according to the tenderness of fresh tea leaves: yellow bud tea, yellow small tea and yellow big tea. The main representatives are Junshan Silver Needle from Yueyang, Hunan Province, Mengding Yellow Bud from Sichuan Province, Mogan Mountain Yellow Bud from Zhejiang Province, and Huoshan Yellow Bud from Anhui Province.
Oolong tea, also known as Qing Cha in Chinese, is semi-fermented tea, with both fragrance of green tea and taste of black tea. It is mainly produced in Fujian, Guangdong and Taiwan.
Black tea originated from Tongmuguan village near Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province. The earliest black tea is small bud black tea. In addition, there are other types of black tea such as Qihong Kungfu tea from Anhui, Dianhong Kungfu tea from Yunnan, Minhong Kungfu tea from Fujian, Ninghong Kungfu tea from Jiangxi, Yihong Kungfu tea from Hubei, Huhong Kungfu tea (Xianghong Kungfu tea) from Hunan, Chuanhong Kungfu tea from Sichuan, Yuehong Kungfu tea from Zhejiang, Yixing Black Tea from Jiangsu and Yingde Black Tea from Guangdong.
Black tea, which is post-fermented tea, is mainly produced in Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, Shaanxi, and Anhui (Guyi Black Tea).
